For those who can't understand french at all, he apologizes his being late because of a longer discussion with russian president Putin and says at least: "I suppose I'm here to answer a couple of questions... so...any questions?...yeah, hard" It's funny because that part hasn't been shown in France, we got it to see in the belgian television. Later the belgian news speaker had to apologize by the french ambassy in Belgian for saying Sarkozy was drunk. Kind of funny to make such a big deal from such a little thing...
