In Melbourne and the gold mining town of Bendigo Victoria Australia visiting Sacha and Georgia. Our favourite restaurant was The Horn where we listened to jazz. A traditional Ethiopian chef has been installed in the kitchen, spinning out fragrant African dishes. The evocative name refers to the jutting point of the continent where Ethiopia is located (seriously, get your minds out of the gutter, folks), but also makes reference to the restaurant's regular live jazz nights. Diners can sit surrounded by Ethiopian artefacts, nibbling on the country's unique cuisine and listening to the toe-tapping notes of a jazz band. Dining experiences don't come much more unique than this.
