Carl Hester has been at the top of British dressage for 20 years. He's been National Champion numerous times, ridden at 2 Olympics and had some truly great horses such as Escapado, on whom he finished best of the Brits at Athens.

What a treat! We were honoured to be filming at one of the finest and most traditional equestrian yards in the world. A hunt yard for most of the year, it’s home to 100 event horses during the Badminton Horse Trials.

Laura Bechtolsheimer and her groom Carole Levitt, at Laura’s Gloucestershire yard. This isn’t any ordinary grooming demo’ or any ordinary horse! Laura and her head groom Carole demonstrate the Bechtolsheimer method of grooming on her team ride, Mistral Hojris. For those that haven’t experienced the time-honoured tradition of ‘banging’ (otherwise known as ‘strapping’), this video is a must!
