• • The loading screen does not disappear as it should when loading videos.

    This problem could be caused by a number of things:
    
    1. To correctly play sevenload videos, you will need Adobe Flash Player 9. You can find further information here.
    2. For the best viewing experience, you will need a broadband connection with at least 500 Kbps.
    3. If the problem persists, a firewall or Internet blocker may be preventing sevenload videos from playing. Temporarily disable your firewall to see whether the sevenload videos load. If the videos are played, please adjust your firewall settings to enjoy sevenload videos. If you are unsure about how to change the firewall settings, please contact the manufacturer of the firewall. If an Internet blocker is preventing sevenload videos from playing, please contact the administrator of the Internet blocker.
    4. If you are trying to watch a video that has been marked as "Private" by its owners, you will only be able to do so if you are logged in and if the user has accepted you into his friends list or has given you the password for the video. Check another video to determine if all videos are failing to load, or just one.

  • Why do videos that I watch end early (show the end screen early)?

    If a video is cut off while it is loading, an incomplete copy will be saved on your computer. You can try again by clearing your browser’s cache. If the problem persists, you should check the stability of you Internet connection.

    Clear the cache for Internet Explorer 7
    
    1. Click "Start" and select "Control Panel."
    (Note: When using the Windows XP Classic View, click the Windows "Start" button and select "Settings" and "Control Panel."
    2. Click the "Internet Options" icon.
    3. Click the "General" tab if it isn’t selected already.
    4. Click the "Delete" button.
    5. In the "Temporary Internet Files" section, click the "Delete Files" button.
    6. Click "OK" to exit.

    1. Click "Start" and select "Control Panel."
    (Note: When using the Windows XP Classic View, click the Windows "Start" button and select "Settings" and "Control Panel."
    2. Click the "Internet Options" icon.
    3. Click the "General" tab if it isn’t selected already.
    4. In the "Temporary Internet Files" section, click the "Delete Files…" button.
    5. Click "OK" to exit.
    
    Clear the cache for Mozilla Firefox 2
    
    1. Open Mozilla Firefox and click the "Tools" menu.
    2. Select "Options" and then "Advanced." (top right)
    3. Click the "Network" tab.
    4. In the "Cache" section, click the "Clear Now" button.
    5. Click "OK" to exit.

    1. In Mozilla Firefox select the "Tools" menu.
    2. Select "Options" and then "Privacy."
    3. In the "Cache" section click "Clear."
    4. Click "OK" to exit.
    
    Clear the cache for Safari
    1. Click the "Safari" menu and select "Empty Cache."
    2. When asked "Are you sure you want to empty the cache?," click "Empty."
    3. Click "Done."
    4. Reload the page.

  • Why won’t the video finish loading?

    If the video’s buffering is interrupted in any way, an incomplete copy can get stuck in your cache and never fully load. You can attempt to restart the buffering by clearing your browser’s cache. If the problem persists, you should check the stability of you Internet connection.
