      1. If you are logged in, go to your personal page and click "Profile" (the first link in the menu) to open your profile.
      2. Click "Change E-Mail Address" and fill out the required fields.
      3. Click "Save." We will send a notification e-mail to your old e-mail address as well as a confirmation e-mail to your new address. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, you can resend it from your profile page. Please also check your spam folder. Your change request will expire after 7 days.

    • How can I change my user name?

      When you register with sevenload, your username is automatically linked to your account. For security reasons, it is not possible to change it without deleting your account.

    • How can I change the way my profile looks?

      It is not currently possible to personalize the design of your profile using HTML or CSS. Only photographers, podcasters, musicians, and producers are able to alter the design of their own programs.

    • How can I reset my password?

      To reset your password, click here and follow the instructions.

    • How do I become a member?

      1. Go directly to the registration page.
      2. Choose an available user name and a password and enter a valid e-mail address.
      3. You will receive a confirmation e-mail containing an activation link for your user account.
      4. Click this link or copy it in full into your browser to complete the registration process.

    • How do I change my password?

      1. If you are logged in, go to your personal page and click "Profile" (the first link in the menu) to open your profile.
      2. In your profile data, select the "Change Password" option, enter your old password to confirm it and choose your new password in the appropriate input fields.

    • How do I check whether my user name is still available?

      You want the perfect sevenload user name? On the registration page, you can check quickly and simply whether the user name you want is still available.

    • How do I confirm my e-mail address?

      The first welcome e-mail you received after registering contains the activation link for confirming your e-mail address. Many sevenload features, such as uploading and commenting on videos and photos, are only available once you have confirmed your e-mail address.

    • How do I create a profile on sevenload?

      Your profile will be created automatically during registration. Most of the information contained in your profile is worked out automatically by our system from your actions, such as the number of photos or videos, tags, or your comments. You can change your personal information yourself on the profile page at any time when you are logged on with your account.

    • How do I edit my profile?

      On the profile page, directly click on the data you want to change. You are then able to enter information using the text boxes or by selecting the respective options.

    • I have not received a confirmation e-mail.

      Please first make sure that your confirmation e-mail has not been classified as junk mail or ended up in your spam folder. If this is not the case, please contact us. We will then take the necessary steps.

    • Will I receive spam mail after registering with sevenload?

      No, we will NEVER pass on your e-mail address to third parties or sell it.
